Flower Mound ranks as No. 1 Best Place to Live in Denton County
As a large 1,200-acre master-planned community, Canyon Falls is proud to be part of three great North Texas cities, including Flower Mound, Argyle and Northlake. Each has just earned a glowing review in the 2023 Best Places to Live in America rankings from Niche.
Flower Mound
With an overall grade of A+, Flower Mound ranks as the No. 1 Best Place to Live in Denton County. Flower Mound also has A+ grades for public schools and “good for families.”
Flower Mound ranks as the No. 1 Place with the Best Public Schools in Denton County, and the No. 2 Best Place to Raise a Family in Denton County.
Niche and several resident reviewers made special note of the abundant recreational opportunities in Flower Mound, which has more than 30 public parks, including the new 10-acre Canyon Falls Park, opening soon.
Recently, Flower Mound was pinpointed as the No. 1 Best Place to Live in Texas by Rocket, a mortgage lending company that analyzed 70 Texas cities for 15 key metrics.
Argyle and Northlake
Argyle has an overall A grade from Niche, with an A+ for public schools and A for “good for families.”
“The public schools in Argyle are highly rated,” notes Niche, which earlier gave the Argyle Independent School District an overall A+ grade, with more A+ grades for Academics, Teachers and College Prep. Niche also ranked Argyle ISD as the No. 1 Best School District in Denton County.
Canyon Falls is proud to be home to two AISD schools right in our community, including Argyle High School and Argyle South Elementary.
Parts of Canyon Falls are also served by the highly regarded Northwest Independent School District, although most of our remaining neighborhoods offering newly constructed homes are in Argyle ISD.
Northlake has an overall A- grade from Niche, with A’s for public schools and diversity, and an A- for “good for families.”
Northlake also ranks as the No. 5 Best Place for Young Professionals in Denton County.
