  • Who is Newland?

    Newland is the largest private developer of master-planned mixed-use communities in the United States, with more than 5 decades of community development experience, 143 mixed used projects, 115 projects complete, and currently developing communities in 13 states. Canyon Falls is owned in a joint venture partnership between Newland Real Estate Group, LLC (Newland) and North America Sekisui House, Ltd. (NASH), and will be developed by Newland Communities.

  • What is the Canyon Falls project size?

    Canyon Falls is a 1,199-acre master-planned community in Northlake, Flower Mound and Argyle. Rolling terrain, high bluffs, a creekside canyon and stands of mature trees create a beautiful environment for exploring the outdoors.
  • What are the best driving directions to provide for Canyon Falls?

    From Fort Worth:
    Take I-35W north to FM 1171 and turn east. Canyon Falls will be on the north side of FM 1171 before US 377.

    From Dallas:
    Take 114 west past DFW Airport to US 377 and turn north on 377. Turn left on FM 1171 at the light. Canyon Falls will be on the right.

    Canyon Falls Club, a prairie-style clubhouse with a club room, fitness center, and surrounded by a large pool, splash pad and pool house, great lawn, playground and trail head. At the center of the community, the expansive and experiential Graham Branch Creek Preserve presents 200 acres of natural open space, oak hammocks, upland habitat and wetlands that will be activated with the historic hay barn, a dog park, numerous trail heads, fitness stations, a natural playground, and many other gathering places; all connected by 10 miles of paved trails and approximately 4 miles of natural trails.

  • What schools are Canyon Falls zoned to?

    Canyon Falls offers residents the opportunity to live within one of two excellent school districts: Argyle or Northwest ISD. Both districts are ranked among the best in the DFW Metroplex, with Student Achievement Index ratings over 90. Two brand-new Argyle schools, including the high school will be built within the Canyon Falls community. Liberty Christian is just minutes away. Students living within the Northwest ISD are currently zoned attend the following: Lance Thompson Elementary, Pike Middle School, Northwest High School Students living within the Argyle ISD ( are to attend the following: Argyle West Elementary, Argyle Middle and Argyle High School *Please remember that school attendance zone boundaries are always subject to change, especially in fast-growing districts. Other area attractions include the Texas Motor Speedway, the University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University and just a short drive away is the Fort Worth Stockyards. The community’s ideal position affords residents a short commute to DFW airport and area business districts such as Alliance Texas™, Las Colinas, and Solana Business Park.

  • What is the Canyon Falls home price range?

    The thoroughly modern, energy-efficient homes in Canyon Falls will range from 1,700 to more than 5,000 square feet. All of our homes meet national green-building standards and prices range from the high $200Ks to the $800Ks.

    CCMC's hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

    Quarterly assessments are $622.41 (50’and 60’ lots) or $652.41 (70’, 80’, 90’ and 100’ lots). These assessments include the HOA Base Assessment, Front Yard Maintenance Assessment and Frontier Internet and Cable Assessment.
