What are the best driving directions to provide for Canyon Falls?
From Fort Worth: Take I-35W north to FM 1171 and turn east. Canyon Falls will be on the north side of FM 1171 before US 377. From Dallas: Take 114 west past DFW Airport to US 377 and turn north on 377. Turn left on FM 1171 at the light. Canyon Falls will be on the right.

What schools are Canyon Falls zoned to?
Canyon Falls offers residents the opportunity to live within one of two excellent school districts: Argyle ISD or Northwest ISD. Two Argyle schools, including the high school, will be built within the Canyon Falls community. Liberty Christian School is just minutes away. Students living within Northwest ISD are currently zoned to attend the following schools: Lance Thompson Elementary, Medlin Middle School (as of 2023_24 school year) and Byron Nelson High School (as of 2023_24 school year). Students living within Argyle ISD are zoned to attend the following schools: Argyle South Elementary, Argyle Middle and Argyle High School. *Please remember that school attendance zone boundaries are always subject to change, especially in fast-growing districts. No school district can guarantee that current attendance zones will not change in the future, nor can any community developer or home builder.
