  • Who is Newland?

  • What is the Canyon Falls project size?

    Canyon Falls is a 1,199-acre master-planned community in Northlake, Flower Mound and Argyle. Rolling terrain, high bluffs, a creekside canyon and stands of mature trees create a beautiful environment for exploring the outdoors.

  • What are the best driving directions to provide for Canyon Falls?

    From Fort Worth: Take I-35W north to FM 1171 and turn east. Canyon Falls will be on the north side of FM 1171 before US 377. From Dallas: Take 114 west past DFW Airport to US 377 and turn north on 377. Turn left on FM 1171 at the light. Canyon Falls will be on the right.

  • Who are the Canyon Falls homebuilders?

    Belclaire Homes, Chesmar Homes, and Windmiller Homes are currently building in Canyon Falls.

  • What amenities will Canyon Falls offer?

    At the center of the community, the expansive and experiential Graham Branch Creek Preserve presents 200 acres of natural open space, oak hammocks, upland habitat and wetlands that are activated with a historic hay barn, dog park, numerous trailheads and many other gathering places; all connected by 10 miles of paved trails and approximately 4 miles of natural trails. Outside of this beautiful preserve, you will find 200 additional acres to run, bike, walk or wander. Whether exploring outdoors and play areas, catch and release fishing at our ponds, soaking in the sun at one of our sparkling swimming pools and splash pad, enjoying a full-body workout in our fitness center inside Canyon Falls Club, or enjoying our robust lifestyle program, there are always an array of things to see and do in Canyon Falls.

  • What schools are Canyon Falls zoned to?

    Canyon Falls offers residents the opportunity to live within one of two excellent school districts: Argyle ISD or Northwest ISD. Two Argyle schools, including the high school, will be built within the Canyon Falls community. Liberty Christian School is just minutes away. Students living within Northwest ISD are currently zoned to attend the following schools: Lance Thompson Elementary, Medlin Middle School (as of 2023_24 school year) and Byron Nelson High School (as of 2023_24 school year). Students living within Argyle ISD are zoned to attend the following schools: Argyle South Elementary, Argyle Middle and Argyle High School. *Please remember that school attendance zone boundaries are always subject to change, especially in fast-growing districts. No school district can guarantee that current attendance zones will not change in the future, nor can any community developer or home builder.

  • What are the area attractions?

    There is an array of nearby shopping and dining, such as the Shops at Highland Village, the Shops at Lakeside, Historic Roanoke, Historic Grapevine and the Southlake Town Square. Other area attractions include the Texas Motor Speedway, the University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University and just a short drive away is the Fort Worth Stockyards. The community’s ideal position affords residents a short commute to DFW airport and area business districts such as Alliance Texas™, Las Colinas, and Solana Business Park.

  • What is the Canyon Falls home price range?
