Canyon Falls offers new choices for builders and price ranges
At Canyon Falls, we’re adding new choices for leading homebuilders and price ranges! Here’s the latest.
M/I Homes. A beautifully decorated model home by leading national builder M/I Homes is now open in our new model home village, located next to the Canyon Falls Club. Prices range from the $380,000s to $450,000s in our new Argyle ISD neighborhood with scenic homesites. M/I has homes ready for move-in in early 2019.
American Legend Homes. One of our newest builders, American Legend Homes, is now pre-selling new homes priced from the $280,000s to $350,000s on 50- and 60-foot-wide homesites in our Laurel, our newest Northwest ISD neighborhood.
Landon Homes. Another new Canyon Falls builder, Landon Homes, is now selling new homes priced from the $390,000s to $450,000s in a new Argyle ISD neighborhood. Landon plans to open a fully furnished model home in early 2019, and they have showcase homes available for spring move-in.
Hovnanian Homes. One of the nation’s largest builders, K. Hovnanian Homes will soon offer new homes in our new Laurel neighborhood. Details on pricing and plans will be released as soon as available.
