Canyon Falls adds 5 new model homes
Canyon Falls has 5 new model homes offering the latest designs and technologies from some of the nation’s most respected homebuilders. They’re located in new neighborhoods surrounded by scenic parks and trails, with many view homesites available.
Ashton Woods Homes
The new Bandera model home from Ashton Woods showcases a collection of plans priced from the mid $300,000s in Ironwood, a new neighborhood with scenic views of surrounding parks and trails, and within walking distance of amenities like the Canyon Falls Club.
The Bandera has a dramatic two-story family room that combines with the kitchen and breakfast area, creating a spacious family gathering area. The covered patio adds an outdoor living space.
The owner’s suite is located downstairs, with three more bedrooms upstairs. This plan also includes a formal dining room and a large upstairs gameroom. See inside the Bandera with a virtual tour and photo gallery.
With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 3-car garage, Coventry’s new Design 3767 model home is ideal for growing families.
Now open in Ironwood, this model home has the luxurious owner’s suite and a private guest suite, both on the first floor. Three more bedrooms, along with a gameroom and loft homework area, are upstairs.
Soaring two-story ceilings in the foyer and family room add drama and openness. The kitchen has a huge table island for seating, serving and extra storage underneath. The walk-in food pantry and pass-through butler’s pantry add more function to this thoughtfully designed plan.
Drees Custom Homes
From a stunning spiral staircase to a practical family foyer, the new Grantley model home by Drees is filled with features that help make life easy and inspiring. With more than 4,100 square feet, the Grantley offers an optional multigenerational suite that includes a bedroom, living area and kitchenette. Private yet connected to the rest of the home, this suite is ideal for extended families living in one roof. Other highlights include an open family, dining and kitchen area, with views to the covered patio. Upstairs, there’s a gameroom and optional media room.
Drees homes are priced from the $500,000s to $700,000s in the Dakota neighborhood, surrounded by scenic parks and trails.
Drees is also offering a limited collection of homes on 100-foot-wide homesites in the new Hawthorne neighborhood.
Located in Ironwood, Perry’s Design 3197 model home begins with an impressive foyer, where a spiral staircase and a 19-foot capture the imagination. The dramatic 19-foot ceiling height continues in the family and dining rooms, which are open to a kitchen with a walk-in pantry and large table island.
This model home showcases an optional covered patio for outdoor living. The owner's suite and a guest bedroom suite are both located downstairs, along with a library with French doors.
Upstairs, this spacious home has a large gameroom and two more bedrooms, both with walk-in closets. This plan has a three-car tandem garage to provide plenty of parking and storage space. With optional built-ins, the large mudroom off of the garage creates a convenient and functional everyday entry.
Coming soon – M/I Homes
Later this year, Canyon Falls’ newest homebuilder, M/I Homes, plans to open its new model home. It will be the first model to open in the community’s new model home village, located directly across from the Canyon Falls Club.
With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 3-car garage, the new Dickinson model will showcase a collection of M/I Homes plans priced from the high $300,000s in a new section of Dakota.
The Dickinson will have dramatic volume ceilings in the foyer and family room, which will open to a covered patio. The owner’s suite and a guest suite will be on the first floor, along with a den and formal dining room.
Upstairs, this model home will have a large gameroom and optional media room. Practical as well as beautiful, the Dickinson will have a family foyer, or drop zone, next to the garage entry. A large walk-in storage space provides even more storage space.
