With four beautifully furnished model homes now open from Belclaire, Drees, Perry and Windmiller, Canyon Falls is becoming a leading choice for luxury living.

Belclaire’s Plan B834 model home offers than 3,500 feet of inspired living space on one level, a feat made possible by such a large homesite. This model includes a family room with a vaulted ceiling, opening to an outdoor living area. There are formal and casual dining areas, plus a home office and media room. This plan also has options for a second floor with a gameroom and more bedrooms.
Another spacious single-story plan, Drees Custom Homes’ Marley model home has 4,199 square feet on one level. The Marley begins with a stunning foyer that leads all the way back to the family room, which combines with the kitchen, casual dining room and covered porch to create an exceptionally open and spacious indoor/outdoor living area. The owner’s suite has a luxurious bath with a walk-in closet that’s larger than many rooms. This model also has a gameroom, media room, and a family ready room.
Perry’s Design 3525 model home is another one-story plan, with impressive ceiling heights in many areas. The highest ceiling, soaring 16 feet, is found in the open family and kitchen. This lofty ceiling height also extends to the covered patio. Design 3525 has four spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with 12- and 13-foot ceilings. Windmiller’s Hamilton model home is a modern design that combines open views with privacy. Located between the gameroom/media room and the kitchen/breakfast area, the central family room is the heart of this home, with a corner fireplace creating a cozy focal point. The luxurious primary suite occupies its own private wing, with a convenient laundry loop opening from the walk-n closet. This sprawling home also has a large home office and formal dining room. An abundant amount of outdoor living space is provided by the front porch and covered patio.
