Canyon Falls opens 4 new model homes from $290Ks
There’s much new to see at Canyon Falls, including four new beautifully furnished model homes by two of our newest homebuilders, American Legend Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes.
Showcasing homes priced from the $290,000s to low $400,000s by both builders, these models prove that affordable new homes can be spacious, flexible, and filled with some of the newest technologies and innovative ideas, such as extra living suites for multigenerational families.
They also prove that it’s possible to own an affordable new home in a true master-planned community with more than 250 acres of parks, trails and recreational amenities, along with lifestyle events to help every member of the family stay active and social.
These model homes are located in our newest neighborhoods in the Northwest Independent School District, one of the two highly regarded school districts serving Canyon Falls.
American Legend Homes
American Legend’s Plan 1521 model home is a one-story home that begins with an extended foyer and gallery, leading back to the open family room and kitchen area. The family room has a wall of windows looking out to the covered patio, and the kitchen has a walk-in pantry. This plan also has a study, with the option of building it as a formal dining room.
A private vestibule leads to the owner's suite, which includes a luxurious bathroom with double vanities, an oval soaking tub, a separate shower, and a room-sized walk-in closet.
The two-car garage offers extra storage space. This plan can be built with an optional second floor that can include a gameroom, or a gameroom and media room combination.
American Legend’s Plan 1685 model home has walk-in closets in all three bedrooms, including a huge large closet with built-ins in the master bedroom suite.
The family room is open to the gourmet kitchen, which has a large table island and a walk-in pantry.
Plan 1685 has two dining areas, including a casual area that opens to the covered patio. A study is located off of the extended foyer.
With. 2,744 square feet, this model home has a three-car garage, with a mudroom at the everyday entry. The third garage bay can be built as additional living space, with options for a fourth bedroom, gameroom and media room
K. Hovnanian Homes
An extra living suite highlights K. Hovnanian’s Camelot II model home. Ideal for multigenerational families, households with an adult child, or any other dual living situation, the extra suite includes a living room with a private entry from the front porch. It also has a bedroom with a full bath, with options for a kitchenette and second laundry room. A lockable door provides access to the interior foyer.
With approximately 2,235 square feet, the Camelot II offers everything you’d expect in a spacious traditional home as well, including an open great room, dining area and island kitchen.
The Camelot II has three more bedrooms in addition to the extra living suite, making it a four-bedroom home. This home has a covered patio, and the owner’s entry from the garage has the builder’s signature HovHall, combining a walk-in pantry with a large laundry room. A three-car garage option is available.
As a 1.5-story plan, the Brookstone IV model home combines the best of both a one-story and a two-story home. All four bedrooms and most of the living space are on the first floor, with a large gameroom and powder bathroom upstairs. The owner’s suite has a spa bath with an enormous walk-in closet, and all of the secondary bedrooms also have walk-in closets.
The Brookstone IV has an open great room with a vaulted cathedral ceiling, with an option for a covered patio. The island kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry. The garage entrance opens to the laundry room and a HovHall with a built-in valet.
