Belclaire’s Plan B834 model home offers than 3,500 feet of inspired living space on one level, a feat made possible by such a large homesite. This model includes a family room with a vaulted ceiling, opening to an outdoor living area. There are formal and casual dining areas, plus a home office and media room. This plan also has options for a second floor with a gameroom and more bedrooms.
Another spacious single-story plan, Drees Custom Homes’ Marley model home has 4,199 square feet on one level. The Marley begins with a stunning foyer that leads all the way back to the family room, which combines with the kitchen, casual dining room and covered porch to create an exceptionally open and spacious indoor/outdoor living area.
