We are thrilled to introduce you to three new employees joining the Dallas office: Tracy Simmons as Regional Director of Marketing, Susie O'Neill Priebe as Sales Manager and Steve Maglisceau as Project Manager, Operations.
Tracy’s two decades of proven success in marketing and communications will be invaluable to Newland as we grow our company and name recognition in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Tracy is one of our key players for establishing our marketing department in tandem with managing the development and evolution of Newland’s strong, differentiated community brands. Most recently, Tracy was the west valley director of marketing for DMB Associates, Inc.
Susie O'Neill Priebe’s experience in sales, marketing and real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, most recently with The Dallas Morning News, make her an ideal addition to the Newland team. She will be developing and implementing market segmentation and research, as well as product development plans for each Newland community within the Dallas market.
Steve Maglisceau will oversee project development for all of Newland’s Dallas-Fort Worth communities. Additionally, he will serve as our liaison with residents in those communities to keep them abreast of the latest progress. He joins Newland with 20 years of experience, 11 years of which were spent at Marlin Atlantis, honing his skills in land acquisitions, entitlement, development, builder contracts, marketing, HOA management, building management, and operations.
