From the $400,000s Canyon Falls offers luxurious homes from $400,000s

New homes priced from the $400,000s hit the sweet spot for many of today’s homebuyers, combining luxury and space for growing families, and the location and amenities of a premier master-planned community such as Canyon Falls.

We recently visited with each of our leading homebuilders offering new homes from the $400,000s in Canyon Falls. Here are some of the highlights you can expect to discover while visiting them.

CalAtlantic
A two-story family room open to a gourmet kitchen with a unique curved island highlights CalAtlantic’s five-bedroom Veloce model in Canyon Falls.

The luxurious downstairs owner's suite has double walk-in closets, and a guest suite is also on the main floor. The Veloce has a study with a coffered ceiling, and a dining room with a niche for a sideboard.

The three-car garage is a great landing and launching place for the family’s coming and goings, opening to a mud room with built-ins. Outdoor living spaces include the covered patio and the inviting front porch.

CalAtlantic sales consultant Sib Woehr says homebuyers love the rural, natural feeling of Canyon Falls, combined with great schools and easy access to the entire Metroplex via I-35 and U.S. 377.

CalAtlantic builds on spacious homesites in Huntleigh that are 70 feet wide and 145 feet deep, with oversized homesites available. Some homesites border on the extensive Canyon Falls trails system, and others back up to the beautiful and private stone retaining walls that are another community hallmark.

Coventry
Coventry sales consultant David Barnhisel is enthusiastic about describing what makes the builder’s new homes in Persimmon so appealing to homebuyers.

“Coventry offers the ability to customize from foundation to roof, so homebuyers don’t have to compromise,” he said. “Our homes are built for the way that people want to live in their new home.”

He said Coventry considers many thoughtful details that most homeowners might not think of. For example, instead of bedrooms sharing walls with living areas, the builder puts closets in between, to help minimize any noise that might detract from sleep or relaxation.

Coventry’s fully furnished model homes in Canyon Lakes are showcases of its vision for beautiful design as well as livability.

Coventry’s Design 3767 model has dramatic two-story ceilings in the foyer and family room, and practical features such as a butler’s pantry between the dining room and island kitchen. The downstairs owner's suite has two box windows, and a guest suite is also downstairs. This five-bedroom plan also has three garage bays, a gameroom and covered patio.

Highland
Highland’s one-story Plan 243 model in Canyon Falls is a prime example of this builder’s commitment to constantly refining and improving its designs.

With 2,722 square feet, this four-bedroom, three-bath home has a family room with a cozy corner fireplace, and another fireplace is optional on the outdoor living area. The central island kitchen is the heart of this home, providing a very sociable openness to the family room and breakfast area.

More highlights include a study, a formal dining room with a niche for a china hutch, a luxurious master suite and a three-car garage.  This home plan offers abundant storage space.

Homebuyers appreciate the “Highland Difference,” which includes offering the latest building science, materials and systems. Highland is considered a leader in architectural design, using extensive lifestyle research and customer feedback to create home designs for how people live today.

Toll Brothers
Brand recognition of Toll Brothers as one of the nation’s leading luxury homebuilders is important to homebuyers, said sales consultant Shannon Kivlehan in Canyon Falls. Stunning designs and almost limitless lists of features and options are also “wow” factors for buyers, she said.

Toll Brothers is also a six-time Builder of the Year award winner, as recognized by the Texas Association of Builders.

Toll Brother’s San Augustine model in Canyon Falls is a showcase of this top builder’s plans, offered on spacious 80-foot-wide homesites in Knollwood.

Highlights include a beautiful two-story foyer with a spiral stairscase. The great room also has a two-story ceiling, and is open to the kitchen and breakfast area, as well as the covered patio.

The San Augustine has a luxurious downstairs guest suite, along with a first-floor guest suite. The dining room overlooks the front courtyard, another outdoor living space. A three-car garage, study and gameroom round out this bestselling plan.
