Canyon Falls caters to active adult priorities for design, lifestyle

 

For active adults entering an exciting new chapter of life, Canyon Falls offers new homes that are right-sized and thoughtfully designed.

According to the National Association of Home Builders, more than 64% of Baby Boomers strongly prefer single-story homes. Other priorities include a high level of luxury finishes and the ability to customize.

Open and flowing living and entertaining areas are another preference for active adults and empty nesters. In fact, many buyers are looking more for a reconfiguration of space, rather than a significant step down in square footage.

Abundant storage and home office space are other strong priorities.

Taking all of these preferences into consideration, Canyon Falls offers a wide selection of new homes to meet these needs, at prices from the mid $200,000s to the $400,000s and up. Beazer offers several single-story floor plans priced from the $260,000s in Highpoint and Persimmon. All include Beazer’s signature Choice Options, which allow buyers to easily customize.

Ashton Woods offers homes priced from the low $300,000s in Bluestem, including the one-story Pecos. Monterey Homes offers several popular one-story designs in Meridian, where prices begin in the $390,000s.

The one-story Sydney is a top-seller, offering four bedrooms, a study and a three-car garage. Ideal for entertaining, the Sydney combines the island kitchen, family room and casual dining space into one open and flowing area. Other highlights include a media room and outdoor living area.

Many Canyon Falls neighborhoods, including Persimmon and Meridian, are adjacent to the exciting Canyon Falls Club, opening in early 2017 as the social and recreational hub of the community.
